CONCORD, N.H. (Feb. 4, 2026) – Coldwell Banker Commercial has opened a new branch office in Concord, New Hampshire, with the launch of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) NNE Advisors, expanding dedicated commercial real estate services across New Hampshire and Northern New England.
CBC NNE Advisors is led by Stefan Timbrell and Joe Burns, partners of Coldwell Banker Lifestyles, a top‑performing residential real estate firm based in New Hampshire. After more than 25 years representing premier residential properties throughout New England, Timbrell and Burns are extending their expertise into commercial real estate with a full‑time, standalone Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate.
