I bring skills developed during a long career as a CPA and businessman to commercial real estate and have found that they blend well. I have finally joined the real estate industry as a Realtor after a full career as a practicing CPA with a Big 4 firm, as a CFO for public companies and as a CFO for hire consultant. This is quite a change for me, but one that I embrace with all my energy. I have always loved the client interchange where I can be a positive influence. Finding, selling, analyzing real estate deals is a pleasure. My CPA background is so helpful in this area. I have finally shed my green eye shade and armbands and graduated to the commercial real estate arena!
